PAYMENTS

SECURITY OF PAYMENTS

For payment (entering the details of your card) you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Stripe. We useAirmail Shipping directly from Russia by international insured airmail with tracking number.

We combine shipping and ship WORLDWIDE!

Delivery time depends to your location about 2,5-3 weeks*

*if you use FREE SHIPPING COUPON - we can apply ground delivery for your order - awaiting time for this delivery type up to 45 days.

 

To protect our company from unfair buyers - we set standard handling time 9 days. But really 80% of all order we complete in 3-5 days (NOTE please - guarantee handling time - 9 days).

For some (NOT FOR ALL) items i can make delivery in two steps:

 

1) Delivery from factory to Sovietexpress main office - 3-6 days

2) Delivery from Sovietexpress to you 14-18 days

 

Track number will be added 1 hour after sending from us to you! 

If your item (size or color) not available for real time, we will place order for production unavailable item in manufacturer warehouse. Different manufacturers have a different time of production. You will have information about status your item by-email. Also we have some extra Rare items. For this items - we can take additional time for production and handling - up to 30 days. For example it is all rare colors, like Spectre (SKWO) from SSO/SPOSN company or Special equipment sets, like Set Molle FSB SPN or any other items which we don`t have in our warehouse for real time. The same situation with not standrard sizes more than 60 and lower than 46.

 

Tax & VAT`s

None of our product pricing includes tax and we do not charge taxes or extra fees on top of our advertised product price and shipping/handling. However, it is your responsibility to pay any fees charged by your local customs or postal office, should they be incurred.

 

Changes To Orders After Payment

If you would like to change the details on your order you need to act quickly. The safest way to change your address is by contacting us thru our live chat support. Due to the time lag in email responses, we do not accept liability for requests which are not received or read after the parcel has been dispatched.

Simply sending us an email does not constitute an agreement nor does it mean we can act upon your request in time. We strongly urge you to contact us through chat if you find that your address details are incorrect or need to be changed.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return with full refund possible ONLY before delivery and ONLY for items without options (like size or color). If any item from your order have options (size or color or other variations) and if this item leave warehouse - return not possible. It is specific of our business. Any return is very expencive procedure - is it reason why we don`t accept all types of returns.

Also you can make any return if i have mistakes with your order from sovietexpress store side, like wrong color/size/item/quantity and etc.

If you buy more than one item in one order and it will arrive in wrong quantity sovietexpress store will send to you the missing item. Asking for refund in this case possible ONLY if missing item was necesearry part of set and without them usage not possible. In this case sovietexpress will make a refund after the goods are returned to the seller. 

All Returns must be confirmed by tracking number.

If the returned item is confirmed damaged, we will bear the return postage. However, we will ONLY be responsible for the return postage if you return the item by standard Air Mail. Please also note that we will only be responsible for the regular Air Mail shipping cost of the replacement item.

Introduction To The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

The new RMA is constructed with a simplified user-guide process for Warranty claims: Incorrect, Defective, Damaged, Faulty items, Missing part, and product dissatisfaction. This features automated for the changing of warranty status which enhance customer's awareness of the workflow, and better understanding of customers needs and expectations in a timely manner.

 

Order Still Saying 'Processing'

Orders are packed and posted from 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday. Provided your products are in stock & we are not experiencing unusually high order volumes, the package will be sent within 3-5 days except for weekends. However, if you purchased an item that is on 'BACKORDER' your parcel will be held until that item has arrived in stock. The estimated time for replenishment of BACKORDER items is 30 days but has no guarantee. sovietexpress deals directly with factories, we do not buy from distributors, this keeps our price lower though it means stock can sometimes be out due to factories lengthy lead times. Please log into your account on the front page by clicking 'Your account' at the top left. In here you will see your order status and any backordered items.

 

Late and Lost Parcels

If your parcel is late, you must inform us about it and we will submit request to our postal service. After this action we waiting up to 25 days and after you can get new order instead of lost or ask for full refund (by your choice). If lost order will arrive after full refund or sending new order instead of lost, Customer must send first order back to seller or don`t get second parcel.

To redeem referral points, your invitee (the person you invited to sign up on the sovietexpress website) must sign up for the first time using your invite link or code at the time of signup.

Your referral points will be added to your account once your invitee completes a purchase initially through the link or code sent to them by you and will appear in your referral page. If your invitee does not complete the initial purchase through the link you sent them, you will not qualify for the referral points. Once your invitee makes the initial purchase through the link,you qualify for the referral points for every subsequent purchase made by the invitee, with or without the link.
