This massager has the shape of a pyramid. Plastic balls of various diameters allow stroking, rubbing, superficial and deep muscle warming.

For an effective massage of the intercostal muscles, hands and feet, it is better to use one ball.

Two balls are recommended for warming the legs, hips, forearm, and deltoid muscles.

Massage large surfaces (back, shoulder blades, pectoral and gluteal muscle group) for optimal results should be three balls.
